Dr Harpreet A De Singh , President of IWPA, Chairperson of AeSI , Mumbai , CEO - HARPS , and Executive Director Air India has been awarded the prestigious 

?WEF Woman of the Decade - in Aviation ?Award 

in the WEF Conference on June 11 - 12 , 2022 in  Delhi

She has been the First Lady CEO of an airline, First Lady Chief of Flight Safety , first Head of QMS, SMS, EMS and Emergency Response Director . She is a qualified Instructor and Lead Auditor of IATA . 

IWPA is a Charitable Trust and it stands for International Women Professionals in Aviation and Aerospace . She has spearheaded as President for many years , promoting and mentoring women in various careers in aviation including pilots, engineers, and many more . 

HARPS ( Pure Soul ) - Love and Service for all is a spiritual foundation, which does lot of social service and is involved with environment, climate change , business ethics, leadership with purity , love, peace and happiness through many activities . It also includes yoga, meditation and universal prayers irrespective of religion. 

Dr Harpreet A De Singh , during the WEF conference shared her valuable experience in Women Empowerment, Leadership and Purity as the Special Guest of Honour and also awarded other women Achievers on 11 th June . 

On 12 th of June , she shared her knowledge on Environment, Climate Change, Carbon Tax and Carbon Credits . She has also been earlier recognition at national and international level with Environment Awards . 

As Chairperson of Aeronautical Society of India, Mumbai Branch , she is involved with various outreach programmes in colleges and schools , and in connections and collaboration with government and private institutions to enhance aviation and aerospace in India . 

She is a part of the WICCI EU - India Business Council, as well as of the National Aviation Council .
